Kurz gesagt: Sternwerk erhebt keine personenbezogenen Daten. Die App baut keine Internetverbindung auf. Sie spricht nur per Bluetooth mit deinem Projektor. Es gibt kein Konto, keinen Server, keine Werbung und kein Tracking.

Was die App verarbeitet
- Bluetooth: Sternwerk sucht per Bluetooth nach kompatiblen Projektoren in der Nähe und verbindet sich mit dem, den du auswählst. Dabei liest die App die Daten, die der Projektor selbst aussendet (Gerätename, Teile der Hardware-Adresse, Signalstärke). Das ist nötig, um die Verbindung zu verschlüsseln und den Projektor zu steuern. Diese Daten verlassen dein iPhone nicht.
- Gespeicherte Einstellungen: Auf deinem iPhone speichert die App die Kennung des zuletzt verbundenen Projektors (eine von iOS vergebene, zufällige ID), damit sie sich beim nächsten Start automatisch verbindet, und deine Einstellungen in den Entwickleroptionen. Diese Daten liegen nur lokal auf deinem Gerät. Wenn du die App löschst, werden sie gelöscht.
- Protokoll (Entwickleroptionen): Wenn du die Entwickleroptionen einschaltest, zeigt die App ein technisches Protokoll der Bluetooth-Kommunikation an. Es wird nur im Arbeitsspeicher gehalten und beim Beenden der App verworfen. Es verlässt dein iPhone nur, wenn du es selbst über „Teilen“ weitergibst.
Die App enthält keine Analyse-, Werbe- oder Tracking-Dienste und keine Komponenten von Drittanbietern.
Berechtigungen
Sternwerk fragt nur nach Zugriff auf Bluetooth. Ohne diese Berechtigung kann die App den Projektor nicht steuern. Du kannst sie jederzeit in den iOS-Einstellungen widerrufen.
Apple
Die App wird über den App Store von Apple vertrieben. Beim Herunterladen und bei Käufen verarbeitet Apple Daten in eigener Verantwortung, siehe Apples Datenschutzrichtlinie. Wenn du in iOS der Weitergabe von Analysedaten an App-Entwickler zugestimmt hast, stellt Apple uns anonymisierte Absturzberichte und Nutzungsstatistiken zur Verfügung. Daraus können wir keine Rückschlüsse auf deine Person ziehen.
Diese Website
Diese Seite liegt auf einem Server, den wir bei der IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Deutschland, gemietet haben und selbst betreiben. IONOS ist dabei unser Auftragsverarbeiter (Art. 28 DSGVO).
Der Webserver speichert keine Zugriffsprotokolle. Nur bei technischen Fehlern kann er die IP-Adresse der betroffenen Anfrage in ein Fehlerprotokoll schreiben. Das dient dem sicheren Betrieb des Servers (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Fehlerprotokolle werden nach spätestens 15 Tagen gelöscht. Diese Seite setzt keine Cookies und lädt keine Inhalte von Dritten.
Deine Rechte
Da die App keine personenbezogenen Daten an uns übermittelt, liegen uns aus der App keine Daten über dich vor. Unabhängig davon hast du nach der DSGVO das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch. Wende dich dafür an die oben genannte E-Mail-Adresse. Außerdem kannst du dich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren.
Kinder
Die App erhebt von niemandem Daten, also auch nicht von Kindern.
Änderungen
Wenn sich die App so ändert, dass sie anders mit Daten umgeht, passen wir diese Erklärung an und ändern das Datum oben.
Kein offizielles Produkt
Sternwerk ist keine offizielle App von BlissLights und steht in keiner Verbindung zu BlissLights. BlissLights und Sky Lite sind Marken ihrer jeweiligen Inhaber.

In short: Sternwerk collects no personal data. The app makes no internet connections. It only talks to your projector over Bluetooth. There is no account, no server, no advertising and no tracking.

What the app processes
- Bluetooth: Sternwerk scans for compatible projectors nearby over Bluetooth and connects to the one you choose. To do so it reads the data the projector broadcasts itself (device name, part of the hardware address, signal strength). This is needed to encrypt the connection and control the projector. This data never leaves your iPhone.
- Stored settings: On your iPhone the app stores the identifier of the last connected projector (a random ID assigned by iOS) so it can reconnect automatically next time, and your settings in the developer options. This data stays on your device only and is deleted when you delete the app.
- Log (developer options): If you turn on the developer options, the app shows a technical log of the Bluetooth communication. It is kept in memory only and discarded when the app quits. It only leaves your iPhone if you pass it on yourself using "Share".
The app contains no analytics, advertising or tracking services and no third-party components.
Permissions
Sternwerk only asks for Bluetooth access. Without it the app cannot control the projector. You can revoke it at any time in the iOS Settings.
Apple
The app is distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple processes data for downloads and purchases under its own responsibility, see Apple's Privacy Policy. If you agreed in iOS to share analytics with app developers, Apple provides us with anonymised crash reports and usage statistics. These do not allow us to identify you.
This website
This page is hosted on a server that we rent from IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany, and operate ourselves. IONOS acts as our processor (Art. 28 GDPR).
The web server keeps no access logs. Only on technical errors may it write the IP address of the affected request to an error log. This keeps the server secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Error logs are deleted after 15 days at the latest. This page sets no cookies and loads no third-party content.
Your rights
Since the app does not send any personal data to us, we hold no data about you from the app. Regardless, under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Contact us at the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
Children
The app collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If the app changes in a way that affects how it handles data, we will update this policy and the date above.
